Where we deliver

We drop your material in one loose pile on your driveway or a paved surface — not on grass, lawns, or in a backyard. Mark your spot and keep the drive clear (move cars, unlock gates) and free of overhead lines or low branches on delivery day. If the spot isn’t marked, the driver judges it unsafe to dump in (overhead lines, branches, tight access), or you’re not home, the driver chooses a safe spot at their discretion. Bulk material can’t be returned once it’s dumped.

Property & liability

I understand delivery can damage my property, and that Behrens and any driver acting on its behalf are not liable for damage beyond the curb of the public road — including ruts, oil spots, and driveway or structural damage. I take full responsibility for my property past the curb, even if I’m not present at delivery.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

To change or cancel, call us — there’s no self-service option. Within 24 hours of your delivery date the truck may already be routed or loaded, so changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed and are at our discretion; cancel earlier and we’ll refund you in full. We may also reschedule or cancel for weather, equipment, or product availability — if we cancel, you receive a full refund.
