Details
Same role as Grade 9, but specifically crushed limestone. Limestone fines bind when they get wet and re-dry, which is why a well-compacted limestone driveway ends up feeling almost like concrete underfoot.
Lighter in color than the mixed-aggregate Grade 9 — a cleaner, whiter-gray look if the driveway will be visible from the street. Functionally interchangeable with Grade 9 in most driveway and base applications; which one you pick often comes down to color preference and what's in stock.
