It is applied as a topdressing to create a perfectly smooth, level lawn. WARNING: If using this mix expect to treat your yard like a golf course. With lots of extra watering, aeration and fertilizing. Mixed to order, not recommended to order right after it has rained. Material will be wet.

A specialized blend of topsoil, sand, and compost used to fill in dips, ruts, and low spots in your turf (Usually 1 inch or less). It is applied as a topdressing to create a perfectly smooth, even lawn surface.
WARNING: If you a want golf course level lawn expect to treat it as such. Extra watering, fertilizing, and aeration will be needed, if you plan to use this mix. Lots of watering during the hot summertime months.
Mixed to order, not recommended to order right after it has rained. Material will be wet.
