Same locking chemistry as our Beige and Gray polymeric: sweep dry, mist with water, the binder cures to keep weeds, ants, and washout out of the joints. Premium pricing reflects the pigment cost. One 50 lb bag covers roughly 75–100 sq ft with standard ⅛"–¼" joints.
