Details
Fresh sod arrives at the yard daily during the growing season; what doesn't sell that day rarely lasts. Sod has to be installed within 12–24 hours of harvest for best establishment. Call the day before to reserve the quantity you need.
Prep matters: amend the soil with topsoil, level it, and pre-water before laying. Roll for firm contact between sod and soil after install, then water deeply for the first two weeks until rooted.
